Upcoming Workouts

Pool Swim: 9-10pm @ Mayfield Rec Ctr
Workouts and on-deck coaching are provided. Please plan to arrive before the session starts so you can get your full 60 minutes of swimming.

Thursday April 21st
Strength Class: 8-9pm @ TheTrainStation (490 Bramalea Rd, 4B)
Whether you are ‘just’ working on your fitness or training for a goal race, these classes are a great way to supplement the standard Tri/Du training. There are still spots available – email Jade at info@ironchicfitness.ca to reserve your spot.

Our Spring Adopt-a-Road event was a huge success this year – we had a great turnout and were able to finish in record time. A big thank-you to everyone who got up early and gave us their Sunday morning to help. We have some pictures of our fun posted to our Facebook Members page (including some of our adorable smaller helpers).


Run4Hope – This Sunday!

The 12th Annual Run4Hope is just days away. And if you forgot to sign up we have some good news for you – there are still some spots left! You can still complete an online registration until Thursday (through the Running Room Online Events site) or you can show up (early) on race day and complete your registration on the day. Details are posted to the Run4Hope website.
