April 12th Weekly Update

Upcoming Workouts

Tuesday April 12th
Pool Swim: 9-10pm @ Mayfield Rec Ctr
Workouts and on-deck coaching are provided. Please plan to arrive before the sessions tarts so you are ready to swim at 9.

Thursday April 14th

Workout, hands-on coaching and an exciting atmosphere. What else could you ask for? Drop-ins are welcome – please send an email to Jade at info@ironchicfitness.ca to reserve yoru spot.

Saturday April 16th
Group Ride: 9:30am – Departing from Mayfield Rec Ctr

Both routes will include a coffee stop in Caledon East

Sunday April 17th
Group Run: 10:30am – Departing from Spirit Tree
(departure time may be pushed a bit if the clean-up takes longer)
Full route is 22km – http://www.strava.com/routes/4626756, however this is an out and back course, so you are free to turn around when you hit your planned distance

Don’t forget – our semi-annual Adopt-a-Road event is this Sunday. Come on out to help us clean up our section of Mississauga Rd. Meet at 8:30am at Creditview Public School. Please RSVP by email or through the Facebook event.

100-Day Run Challenge

This is your last chance to enter your mileage for this challenge. We will be closing the document after April 17th and will be sending out certificates of accomplishment to those who achieved a level within the challenge.

Don’t forget – it is the number of runs you completed over the 100 day time period, where the run was 30 minutes or more.
