March 8 Weekly Update

Upcoming Workouts

Pool Swim: 9-10pm @ Mayfield Rec Ctr
Swim starts at 9 – please plan to come early so you can jump right in and start swimming at 9. Workouts and on-deck coaching will be provided.

Wednesday March 9th
Spin Class: 7-9pm @ South Fletchers (Craft Room)
With the recent renewal of winter-like weather, the roads are not all that great for outdoor cycling. So why not get your cycling done as part of our indoor and fun spin class.

Thursday March 10th
Strength Class: 8-9pm @ TheTrainStation (490 Bramalea Rd, Suite 4B)
There are drop-in spots available. Contact Jade at info@ironchicfitness.ca to reserve your spot.

Saturday March 12th
Spin Class: 8:30-10:30am @ 247 McMurchy Ave S

All of our workouts will not be running next week due to March break. If you are planning on a run, or swim in a pool, or something else workout-like that you think our members would enjoy – then drop us a line, we would love to include the details in our next email update.
