Run4HopeTuesday February 23rd
Pool Swim: 9-10pm @ Mayfield Rec Ctr
We are back in the pool this week – come a little early to be ready to swim at 9pm sharp! Workout and on-deck coaching is provided.

Wednesday February 24th
Spin Class: 7-9pm @ South Fletchers (Craft Room)
An evening filled with high energy, tunes and spinning. What more could a person want? Come on out and ‘get your sweat on’. Seriously – be prepared to sweat, this class is a great workout.

Thursday February 25th
Strength Class: 8-9pm @ TheTrainStation (490 Bramalea Rd, Suite 4B)
A new session has started, and we still have some room for full sign-ups and drop-ins. Send an email to Jade at info@ironchicfitness.ca to reserve your spot.

Saturday February 27th
Spin Class: 8:30-10:30am @ 247 McMurchy Ave S
After a week off, this class is back for your morning enjoyment. Class is held by Rob McCue, please contact him directly for questions at bigringfitness@yahoo.com

Toronto Bike Show
The Spring edition of the Toronto Bicycle Show is just around the corner. It will run March 4th to 6th down at the Better Living Centre in the Exhibition Compound. You can save $2 if you buy your tickets online – and also check out all of the nifty events by checking out their website: Toronto International Bicycle Show.

The 12th Annual Run4Hope event will take place in a little over 2 months. Are you ready? Registration prices will increase at midnight on February 29th – so sign up now and save some money! You can do so by visiting the Run4Hope website.
The race coordinators are also looking for anyone interesting in volunteering – send an email to Brian Hastings at run4hope@outlook.com to see what opportunities are still available.
