No Pool Swim this week.

Wednesday February 17th
No Spin Class this week.

Thursday February 18th
Strength Class: 8-9pm @ 490 Bramalea Rd (Suite 4B)
New session starts this week! If you aren’t yet signed up, please contact Jade at info@ironchicfitness.ca to reserve your spot. (There are some drop-in spots available – please email Jade to let her know if you plan on dropping in.)

Saturday February 20th
No Spin Class this week.
