Please show up early to get changed and be on-deck ready to swim by 9pm. Workout and coaching is provided.

Spin Class: 7-9pm @ South Fletchers (Craft Room)
Come on out for an evening of tunes and spinning.

Thursday December 17th
Strength Class: 8-9pm @ 490 Bramalea Rd (Suite 4B)

Spin Class: 8:30-10:30am @ 247 McMurchy Ave S

Upcoming Events
Family Swim
We are hoping to hold an open fitness/family swim on Tuesday December 29th from 6-7pm. We are just waiting on confirmation of availability from the Town of Caledon.
This would be a free event for all FMCT members, friends and family. We would like to use this as an opportunity to collect non-perishable food items for a club donation to the local food bank. Standard pool admission guidelines must be followed (they can be found at the bottom of this document: Caledon Swim). Please stay tuned for confirmation of whether or not we will be able to hold this event.
100-Day Run Challenge
We are planning on holding this challenge again in 2016 – starting on January 1st. We will share the rules and details next week – now is your chance to make sure your running shoes are ready!
Workouts in 2016
Tuesdays
Coached Pool swim will start back up on January 5th and run until May 31st
Wednesdays
Coached Spin class will start back up on January 6th and run until March 30th
Thursdays
Coached Strength & Fitness class will start back up on January 7th and run until February 11th.
We are working with Jade from IronChic Fitness to hold a second 12-week session after this one finishes. Please contact us if you are interested.
Saturdays
Coached Spin class with Rob McCue is scheduled to run until March 12th
Sundays
We are in dire need of a few brave souls to share their weekend running plans. We would love to share these details with the group.
Egg Nog Jog – The 2015 Edition
Whooo!
It sure did not feel like the middle of December – and our club members were out in full force to tackle the deceptively difficult Egg Nog Jog. (With the Egg Nog consumption coming after the run.)
