The Fastest Animal on the Planet

 FMCT Fletechers Meadovale Creek

The Peregrine Falcon, Ontario's best known endangered species, is a streamlined flier renowned for its ability to dive at speeds of up to 300 km/hr (making it the fastest animal on the planet) as it "stoops" on its prey, literally knocking the birds out of the air.

While in our own minds, we like to think of ourselves as the fastest triathlete's on the planet, the real reason for choosing the Peregrine Falcon as our mascot is because we think it's a cool bird and because it lives in our area. Keep your eyes open on your next ride and you might even see one. That is, if you're not too busy trying to make yourself the fastest triathlete on the planet.
