Good Day Sports Fans and Couch Potatoes alike

I trust all are enjoying the warm spell we are in the middle of, I hope it cools off for the weekend as I don't do as well in the heat. Joking aside, do be careful on the ice!

This week's run options include;

24 km through the hills in Inglewood - 8:30 departure - Community Center Inglewood
19 km through the hills in Inglewood - 8:30 departure - Community Center Inglewood - Andrea Christie is the point person on this run
16 km through the streets of Brampton departing from the Running Room at 8:30 - Not sure if Kirsten is going to be there to be point person this week but it is easy to find someone to run with - Kelly Hanson is Kirsten's co - leader of the clinic and I am sure she will tell you where to go if you ask nicely!..haha... just kidding.. gee whizzz..

There are no doubt other run options that members of the club participate in, and if you would like them list in the weekly list please send them to jdalzell@rogers.com and I will add them - assuming that you don't mind having other members join in the run - but if you did mind I suppose you wold not have sent me the run option - nevermind.. it appears I am rambling - must be the heat.
