Dec 21 Sunday Run

Dec 18, 2008

Hi Everyone

For our run this Sunday's we are scheduled to make a a stop in the lovely city of Hamilton. (I feel like we are on tour..haha) anyway the route is the same as that of the boxing day race which is 16K. For those interested we will be meeting at the Running Room in Brampton at 8:00am car-pooling to Hamilton - doing the run - quick coffee and bagel at Tims (I hear there are a few to chose from in Hamilton). - back around 12:00 to 12:30..

There is also a way to shorten the route by a couple KMs if you chose and come in around the 13k mark. I understand Gavin is going to be running this. He is a pretty good guy and I am sure anyone wanting to join him would find his company most pleasant! Of course there is the HP sauce on eggs you will have to deal with.. but..you know.

Anyway all of this is weather permitting as according to the forecast there is some snow expected - if it is too bad to drive to Hamilton or if we don't feel we can get back in time to beat the snow then we will run from the Running Room - out and back on the path..because really can you ever get enough of that path?.. in fact.. I am going to go and run on it after work today.. I think there is a new bump at km 4..

Hope to see you out there..

Jim
