Sunday Long Run

Hi Everyone

This weeks Sunday run takes us back to Terra Cotta to run the roads that will host the upcoming Egg Nog Jog. Good prep for those who are running the race and for those who not it is just a great place to run. There is supposed to be a light dusting of snow so it should be very pretty to look at. Try and remember that as you are making your way up one of those hills that seem to be in abundance up there.

We will be leaving the parking lot at Terra Cotta at 9:00am. I know some people are running a Egg Nog hybrid route that comes in around 17k, but you can also run the course itself if you desire which is just under 11K.
