Spring Pilates Schedule

Hello Everyone,
Attached please find the Spring Pilates Schedule. I hope that putting this spring schedule out will inspire the weather to become warmer and more spring like.
You will notice there are some new classes:
Power Pilates - This is for the Intermediate to Advanced Pilates Practitioner. This class will focus on continuing to build the core while learning how to become more powerful throughtout the entire body.
R.O.M. Pilates - There is no Pilates experience necessary with this class. The emphasis, is on creating good alinement in the body, improving range of motion and of course toning core muscles.
Iron Abs - This class will be an intense and fun class with more advanced core conditioning. You will learn to use your abs, for all kinds of other activities, including running, biking swimming and martial arts. Each class will end with stretching that will encourage fatigued muscles to recover quickly.
